- Job Title: Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse (RN)
- Department: General Ward / ICU / OT / Emergency (Casualty) / OPD
- Reporting To: Nursing In-Charge / Ward Sister / Nursing Superintendent
- Required Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing
- Licensure: Active registration with the State Nursing Council

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical & Patient Care

- Perform admission, transfer, and discharge procedures for patients following hospital protocols.
- Monitor, record, and interpret vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO2, Respiration) continuously.
- Administer oral, IV, IM, and subcutaneous medications safely, adhering to the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.
- Execute clinical nursing procedures such as IV cannulation, Foley catheterization, wound dressing, Ryle’s tube insertion, and oxygen administration.
- Provide bedside care including personal hygiene, bed making, pressure sore prevention, and patient mobilization.




- Assist medical doctors during clinical rounds, minor procedures, and medical emergencies.
- Safety, Quality & Infection Control (NABH Alignment)
- Maintain strict adherence to Hand Hygiene protocols and standard precautions.
- Follow hospital policies for High-Alert Medication (HAM) handling, sound-alike look-alike (LASA) drugs, and narcotic control.
- Implement patient safety guidelines including Fall Risk Assessment, Restraint Management, and Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment (Braden Scale).
- Segregate and dispose of biomedical waste (BMW) strictly according to bio-waste color-coding guidelines.
- Participate in Code Blue (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and emergency response calls.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
