Assistant Teacher - GUNJUR

Position: Assistant Teacher – Student Support & Transportation Organisation

Location: Gunjur, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Pickup & Drop

- Assist in the safe pickup and drop-off of school children.
- Ensure students board and exit the vehicle safely.
- Maintain student discipline and safety during transit.
- Coordinate with parents regarding pickup and drop-off schedules.

2. Learning Assistance

- Assist teachers in classroom activities and daily lessons.
- Support children in completing worksheets, assignments and learning activities.
- Provide individual attention to students who need additional support.
- Encourage positive learning habits and student participation.

3. Attendance & Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate daily student attendance records.
- Record student pickup and drop-off details.
- Maintain basic academic and activity-related records.
- Update student information and communicate absences to the academic team.

4. Student Care & Supervision

- Ensure children's safety, well-being and discipline throughout the school day.
- Assist students during meals, activities, transitions and breaks.
- Foster a caring,



respectful and spiritually uplifting workplace.
- Report any concerns regarding student safety or behaviour to the academic head.

5. Administrative & Classroom Support

- Assist in preparing classroom materials and worksheets.
- Support school events, activities and field trips.
- Coordinate with teachers and the academic team for smooth daily operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Caring, patient and responsible towards children.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic computer skills for attendance and record keeping.
- Punctual, organised and attentive to student safety.
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- A willingness to support Vidyāmṛt's values-based, Krishna-conscious learning environment.

Core expectation: Ensure every child is safe, cared for, supported in learning and accounted for throughout the school day.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
