Job Title: Junior Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Operations Executive to support project execution activities. The role involves project coordination and deployment planning, maintaining records of project engineers, tracking schedules, and managing travel documentation processes. The position supports project assignments and ensures smooth operational coordination. This role is open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record Maintenance: Maintain records of engineers contracts, agreements, project details, and deployment documentation.
- Schedule & Timeline Tracking: Track project operations schedules, timelines, travel dates, and maintain operational calendars.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations,



and confirmations for engineers assigned to vessel projects worldwide.
- Monitor daily project reports submitted by engineers, ensure timely submission, and maintain organized documentation of inspection and vessel reports.
- Coordinate with engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates.
- Support overall operational activities of project operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
- Ability to manage records, schedules, and documentation in a structured manner.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
