Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gold jewellery designs.
- Demonstrate gold jewellery collections, including necklaces, rings, bangles, chains and other ornaments.
- Explain gold purity, weight, making charges, pricing and billing details to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom business growth.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.




- Ensure proper handling and security of gold jewellery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a gold jewellery showroom.
- Good knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, weight and making charges.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, polite and customer-friendly personality.
- Robust sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery billing and inventory management will be preferred.
