Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for an international telecom process.
- Assist customers with queries related to telecom services, billing, plans and account-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction and process compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet defined productivity and customer service targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates eligible,



subject to client criteria.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
