Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to generate business by promoting and selling insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, recommending suitable policies, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, references, cold calling, and customer meetings.
- Promote and sell life, health, motor, and other insurance products as applicable.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with policy documentation, application forms, and renewals.
- Coordinate with the operations team for policy issuance and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



sales activities, and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or direct sales.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of insurance products and basic financial concepts.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, if required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in selling insurance policies or financial products.
- Existing customer network or ability to generate leads independently.
- Knowledge of insurance documentation and policy processes.
- Target-driven approach with strong convincing skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly insurance premium/business generated.
- Number of policies sold.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- New customer acquisition.
- Policy renewal and customer retention.
- Achievement of assigned sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
