Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi

Role Overview

Vikaasa Heritage School is looking for a qualified, passionate, and dedicated TGT – Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi at the middle and secondary school levels. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centric learning environment that promotes proficiency in the Hindi language.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Develop students' proficiency in Hindi across reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessment materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to make language learning engaging and meaningful.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Strengthen students' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, creative writing, and comprehension skills.
- Encourage students to appreciate Hindi literature, poetry, and cultural heritage.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional academic support wherever required.
- Collaborate with colleagues,



academic coordinators, and parents to support students' academic progress.
- Participate in school events, academic activities, training programmes, and other institutional responsibilities.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory/preferred as per applicable school recruitment norms.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Experience teaching Hindi at the Middle and Secondary School levels (Grades 6–10) is preferred.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum and assessment practices will be an added advantage.

- Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Strong subject knowledge, including Hindi grammar and literature.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adopt activity-based and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment, and academic documentation.
- A student-centric approach with a genuine passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
