Job Purpose:To ensure the smooth functioning of the spare parts department by managing inventory, coordinating parts requirements, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely availability of spare parts for service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store spare parts properly.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory details.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts for service requirements.
- Coordinate with the Service Department regarding parts requirements.
- Prepare purchase requests for unavailable or low-stock items.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Handle parts inward and outward entries in the DMS/software.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.




- Follow up with suppliers and the warehouse for pending parts.
- Identify and report damaged, excess, or obsolete stock.
- Ensure proper documentation of all parts transactions.
- Support service technicians and advisors in identifying the correct spare parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.
- Minimize stock shortages and ensure efficient inventory management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
