Key Responsibilities

Career Guidance & Counselling

● Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and

recommend suitable academic programs.

● Provide transparent, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our

offerings.

Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions

● Manage the complete student journey: prospecting, counselling, admission, orientation,

and ongoing support.

● Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets.

● Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various

programs.

Compliance & Internal Processes

● Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

● Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.

Effective Communication & Engagement

● Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline.





● Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize

conversion rates.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

● Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

● Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

● Prior experience in student counselling, academic advisory, or admissions will be an

advantage.

● Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

● Energetic, motivated, and proactive with a results-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
