Salary Budget: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Consultant – Destination Services who can assist clients and their families in relocating and settling into a new city by providing end-to-end relocation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with house hunting, property visits, and rental negotiations.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, landlords, and internal teams.
- Support clients with lease agreements, documentation, and property handovers.
- Assist with school admissions, city orientation, and other relocation requirements.
- Coordinate utility connections and property maintenance before move-in.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Resolve client queries and relocation-related issues promptly.





Key Requirements:

- 2–6 years of experience in relocation, destination services, real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Valuable negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
