Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, active, and customer-friendly Sales Counter Staff member to handle daily counter operations for a dry fruits and spices store. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to assist customers in selecting products.

Gujarati-speaking candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product varieties, quality, pricing, and available options for dry fruits and spices.
- Handle counter sales and generate daily sales.
- Weigh, pack, and label products accurately as per customer requirements.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the counter is clean and organised.
- Handle customer queries and provide a good shopping experience.
- Maintain stock awareness and inform management about low-stock products.




- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper coordination with other store staff for smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Gujarati-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of dry fruits, spices, and grocery products will be an advantage.
- Must be polite, presentable, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to handle counter sales and basic billing operations.
- Prior experience in retail sales, grocery stores, supermarkets, or food product counters will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is confident in dealing with customers, understands retail counter operations, and can independently manage day-to-day sales activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
