MGB Advisors is looking for qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) to join our growing team in Mumbai for opportunities in Internal Audit and Financial Due Diligence (FDD).

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Practice Areas: Internal Audit & Financial Due Diligence (FDD)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Description

1. Internal Audit

- Conduct internal audits, process reviews and risk assessments.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Review business processes, operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting observations, risks and recommendations.
- Interact with clients and coordinate with various stakeholders.

2. Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

- Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and investment transactions.
- Analyse financial statements, profitability, cash flows and working capital.
- Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis.
- Review net debt, debt-like items and working capital adjustments.




- Identify financial risks, red flags and key transaction-related findings.
- Prepare due diligence reports and presentations for clients.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Robust analytical, financial reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple assignments.
