We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic fresher to support our sales team with quotations, customer coordination, product information, and documentation. This opportunity suits candidates who enjoy office coordination, communicating with customers, and learning about technical products.

Your Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to identify suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, product comparisons, proposals, and presentations with guidance from the team.
- Share accurate product specifications, features, and technical documents with customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls and emails and coordinate technical clarifications.
- Assist the team with product demonstrations and customer presentations.




- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Service teams.
- Support tender, RFQ, RFP, and technical compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing product configurations and Bills of Materials, where required.
- Maintain records of customer requirements, quotations, discussions, and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Learn about product features, applications, and customer needs.

What We Are Looking For

- B.E. / B.Tech graduate in any engineering discipline.
- Freshers with an interest in technical products and sales coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Attention to detail and positive organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with different teams.

Previous sales experience is not required. A willingness to learn and a responsible approach to work are essential.
