Grawio Banjari Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company dealing in sanitary hardware products, including CP fittings, bath fittings and kitchen sinks. We are also expanding our digital business operations through e-commerce websites and mobile applications.

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to join our team as Telecaller / Customer Calling Executives at our Gurugram corporate office.

Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating business enquiries and following up with interested customers.

Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Introduce and explain company products and services.
- Generate new leads through daily calling.
- Follow up with interested customers and existing enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Promote company products, services, e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
- Maintain daily calling records and customer databases.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience: 0–3 years.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.

Working Hours

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes
- Tea Break: 15 minutes

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will depend on communication skills, calling experience and overall performance. Incentives may be offered based on company policy.
