About the Role

Our clinic is looking for a confident and well-spoken Patient Relationship Executive to manage patient communication for our dental and dermatology (skin) departments. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling enquiries, converting leads into appointments, and ensuring patients feel informed and cared for at every step.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Answer enquiries about dental and skin treatments, consultation process, and clinic timings.
- Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments in coordination with reception and doctors.
- Call patients to remind them of scheduled visits and reduce no-shows.
- Return missed calls promptly and close pending enquiries.
- Record every enquiry, call outcome, and follow-up in the enquiry register or CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly follow-up and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the front desk and doctors to keep patient information accurate and up to date.




- Meet daily call targets and take ownership of assigned follow-up lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent spoken Tamil; basic English communication.
- Confident, clear, and polite telephone manner.
- Good listening skills and the ability to explain and persuade patients.
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, and typing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time under daily targets.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum qualification: [Any degree].

Preferred:

- Candidates residing in Tiruvallur or nearby areas.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare call centre.
- Familiarity with appointment or CRM software.
