We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to contact prospective students, explain our courses, and identify interested candidates for further counselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain the institution's courses and programs.
- Understand students' interests and career goals.
- Provide basic information about courses and admissions.
- Identify interested candidates for further counselling.
- Maintain call records and update lead details.
- Follow up with interested students when required.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam.
- Clear and confident speaking skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
