Position: Inside Sales- Lead

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate sales and convert qualified

leads.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their

needs.

 Manage the complete lead journey from initial enquiry to order closure.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

 Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat

purchases.

 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products.

 Assist customers with product-related queries, order-related concerns and basic issue

resolution.

 Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.

 Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer-related

requirements.

 Monitor customer feedback and communicate recurring requirements, concerns and

market insights to the management.

 Support new team members with product knowledge, calling processes and day-today activities.





 Assist the reporting manager in monitoring team performance, follow-ups and CRM

discipline.

 Contribute ideas to improve calling efficiency, customer conversion and overall sales

processes.

Candidate Profile

 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or customer-facing sales.

 Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

 Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.

 Customer-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

 Comfortable working with excel, CRM systems and sales reports.

 Ability to work with targets and handle a high volume of customer interactions.

 Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

 Prior experience in B2C, e-commerce or a product-based business will be an

advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
