Job Title: Outlet In-Charge

Job Description:

- Manage and supervise daily outlet operations.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure smooth outlet functioning.
- Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and inventory management.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the outlet.
- Coordinate with the HR, Accounts, and Operations departments.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.
- Take responsibility for overall outlet performance and target achievement.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail, bakery,



or food service operations is manadatory.
- Experience in team handling and staff supervision.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and sales reporting.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
