Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive Gold Loan Portfolio: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets for Gold Loan disbursements and active customer acquisition.
- Local Marketing: Design and execute hyper-local marketing activities, canopy setups, and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns to increase branch footfalls.
- Cross-Selling: Promote other financial products such as microloans, insurance, personal loans, or renewals to existing gold loan customers.
- Customer Retention: Maintain deep relationships with high-value customers (traders, farmers, local businessmen) to ensure regular loan renewals and lower churn.

2. Risk Management & Operations

- Gold Security & Custody: Ensure absolute safety of the gold packets stored in the strongroom/safe. Adhere strictly to the joint-custody matrix.
- Verification & Valuation: Oversee the gold appraiser’s process to eliminate any risk of spurious/fake gold or incorrect valuation (LTV - Loan to Value compliance).
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with internal audits,



RBI regulations, KYC verification, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Cash Management: Monitor day-to-day cash counters, vault limits, and ensure smooth day-end book closures.

3. Collections & Portfolio Health

- Interest Collection: Ensure timely interest servicing by customers to maintain a healthy yield for the branch.
- NPA & Auction Management: Proactively follow up on overdue accounts. In cases of chronic defaults, coordinate the legal auctioning process of pledged gold as per company policy.

4. Team Leadership & Building

- Team Management: Guide, mentor, and motivate Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), Assistant Branch Managers, and Gold Appraisers.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct daily huddles to review targets and track individual employee productivity

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
