About the Role

Lomnith Capital Solution India Private Limited is looking for a telecaller with experience in banking, BFSI, NBFC, or DSA. The candidate should have knowledge of loan products, good communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and follow up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
- Explain Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, and Loan Against Property products.
- Generate leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers about their loan requirements.
- Collect basic customer information and required documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team, DSA partners, and loan processing team.
- Maintain daily calling records and customer databases.
- Update call status and lead details regularly.




- Follow up on pending customer enquiries and loan applications.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in banking, BFSI, NBFC, or DSA is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Home Loan (HL), Business Loan (BL), Personal Loan (PL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage customer follow-ups and achieve targets.

Note: Candidates from other industries are not preferred.
