We are hiring for Senior Purchase Executive for Manufacturing Industry

Salary: Upto 5.4 Lakhs per annum /Based on Experience

# Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.

# Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers.

# Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.

# Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company requirements and procurement policies.

# Analyze quotations, compare prices, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

# Develop effective procurement strategies to reduce purchasing costs and improve operational efficiency.

# Coordinate with internal departments, including production, stores, inventory,



accounts, and operations, to understand purchase requirements.

# Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material quality to ensure timely procurement.

# Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation.

# Handle supplier-related issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth procurement operations.

# Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.

# Take independent ownership of purchase activities and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
