About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Ola Electric team in Tiruppur. You will drive retail and direct sales, educate customers on sustainable mobility, and help accelerate EV adoption in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome showroom visitors, understand requirements, explain EV features and benefits, and guide customers through the purchase journey.
- Test Rides: Manage and coordinate test rides for prospective buyers, ensuring a safe and engaging experience.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and branch sales targets.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Financing & Documentation:



Assist customers with loan processing, exchange offers, vehicle registration, and documentation formalities.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor offerings, EV subsidies, and local market trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: 12th , Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, B2B, or automotive/two-wheeler sales is an advantage. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for EVs are also welcome.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; fluency in Tamil and English.
- Others: Willingness to work adaptable showroom hours and weekends as required by retail operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
