Roles & Responsibilities

- Cover local news, political events, social issues, public events, and other important happenings.
- Visit assigned locations to collect news and conduct on-ground reporting.
- Conduct interviews with the public, officials, and other relevant individuals.
- Prepare news reports, short scripts, and updates for digital news platforms.
- Record video reports and deliver news updates confidently in front of the camera.
- Gather accurate information, verify facts, and ensure news authenticity before reporting.
- Coordinate with the newsroom and editorial team for daily news assignments.
- Create and contribute to news content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current affairs, local developments, and trending news topics.
- Follow journalistic ethics, professional conduct, and company reporting guidelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Good presentation skills and confidence in front of the camera.
- Interest in journalism, news reporting, and current affairs.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital news platforms.
- Good observation, research, and information-gathering skills.
- Willingness to travel for field reporting and news coverage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle reporting assignments.
- Freshers with a passion for journalism are welcome.
