SWT CLUB is a global B2B travel company connecting travel agencies with worldwide suppliers and destination management services. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Associate to strengthen our digital presence and support our marketing initiatives.

About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day social media management, content creation, publishing, trend research, and performance tracking across relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to execute assigned tasks independently, maintain content quality, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and maintain social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs, stories, carousels, and travel-related content.
- Create and edit social media creatives and short-form videos/reels using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Research trending topics, travel destinations, seasonal opportunities, hashtags, and platform-specific content formats.
- Schedule and publish content accurately and on time, following brand guidelines and approved instructions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect images, videos, updates, and other required marketing materials.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across social media platforms.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant performance metrics; prepare basic reports and suggest improvements.
- Support social media campaigns, destination promotions, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Verify content, links, dates, prices, images,



and other details before publishing to minimise errors.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and digital marketing tools, including AI-assisted content creation.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong written English and the ability to create clear, engaging, and error-free content.
- Practical understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing tools such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling, and social media analytics.
- Good research, communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn and implement feedback.
