- Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiration and SpO₂.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the treating doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts and medical records.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures and patient examinations.
- Perform wound dressing and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor IV fluids, injections, catheters and other medical devices.
- Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and medication.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene in the ward.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Ensure proper admission, transfer and discharge procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
