Responsibilities & Technical Skills

- Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace faulty components in laptops and desktop computers.
- Software Installation & Configuration: Install operating systems, update drivers, configure systems, and resolve software-related issues.
- Technical Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve technical issues at customer locations in accordance with OEM warranty guidelines and service procedures.
- Field Service & Maintenance: Travel to designated customer locations to perform in office troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
- Customer Support: Provide professional technical assistance and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements

- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
- good knowledge in laptop and desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
