Responsibilities

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute purchasing strategies that align with company production or sales goals.
- Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, discounts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maximize value.
- Inventory & Demand Tracking: Coordinate with internal operations, finance, and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Purchase Orders & Approvals: Review, authorize, and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in invoicing.
- Risk & Compliance: Assess market trends, price volatility, and regulatory/legal compliance for enterprise contracts.
