We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and develop innovative concepts for advertising, digital marketing, branding, and video production projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and production professionals.
- Develop creative concepts, advertising strategies, campaign ideas, and brand identities.
- Oversee the creation of promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, Sales, and Production departments.
- Review and approve creative designs, videos, scripts, and other deliverables.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective creative solutions.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative ideas.
- Maintain creative quality and consistency across all projects.




- Stay updated with the latest creative trends, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a creative leadership or creative management role.
- Solid knowledge of graphic design, video editing, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Experience in managing creative teams and handling multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of AI-based design and video production tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage client requirements.
