Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation. High performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in policy communication and employee queries.
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management, learning & development, or recognition programs.




- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Enthusiasm for learning HR practices and contributing to a dynamic workplace.

Work Schedule:

- Work From Office (WFO)
- 6-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off
- Work timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Learning & Development Opportunities:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
