Job Description: Junior Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Pogathota, Nellore

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Medical Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostic team in Pogathota, Nellore. The ideal candidate will handle routine sample collection, run semi utomated analyzers (such as CBC and semi-automated biochemistry analyzers), and maintain strict quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Sample Collection & Handling
- Collect blood and biological samples safely and professionally from patients.
- Properly label, centrifuge, and prepare samples for testing.
- Analyzer Operation & Testing
- Run and operate automated 3-part (Hematology) analyzers.
- Perform routine biochemistry tests using semi-automated biochemistry analyzers.
- Ensure all machine controls, calibrations, and basic daily maintenance are performed correctly.
- Quality Control & Safety
- Follow strict laboratory hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Check sample integrity and verify test results before handing them over for senior review.




- Patient Care & Record Keeping
- Greet patients warmly and maintain a calm, professional workplace.
- Enter patient details and test results accurately into the laboratory records / LIMS software.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or MLT
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of practical laboratory experience.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of hematology and biochemistry analyzers.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (Telugu).
- High attention to detail and punctuality.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
