Perform quality reviews of fulfillment and other regulatory code of Corporate and Commercial banking servicing activities to ensure compliance with established procedures operational controls, customer requirements and quality standards
Identify processing errors and control gaps
Maintain accurate quality records and provide constructive feedback to support operational excellence and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality reviews of completed survicing transactions and requests in accordance with difined quality standards and review mathodologies.
