Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Python, and AI Solution Architecture. The ideal candidate should have practical experience designing and developing agent-based AI solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Agentic AI solutions and intelligent AI workflows.
- Build multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI.
- Develop robust AI applications and backend services using Python.
- Design AI solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications.
- Implement LLM-based applications, agent orchestration, tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions using cloud platforms.




- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI applications.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI development.
- Practical experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI.
- Solid Python programming and development skills.
- Experience in AI/ML and LLM-based application development.
- Strong understanding of AI Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Ability to independently drive technical design and implementation.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
