Job Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 5+years

Job Description:

Experience: 5-8 years, with Credit Insurance exposure
· Lead requirement gathering and business analysis with stakeholders
· Prepare BRD, FRD/SRS, process flows and traceability documents
· Work with architects, developers and testers for accurate delivery
· Support UAT and stakeholder reviews
· Manage approvals and changes through governance processes
Key skills: Stakeholder management, user stories, use cases, gap analysis, process mapping, Agile and Waterfall, API/integration understanding, Insurance experience
