Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role

Garuda is looking for a dependable Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations in Ludhiana. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, tracking and dispatching goods accurately and on time, and for maintaining correct stock records.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming goods, verify them against invoices and purchase orders, and report any shortage or damage

Store materials in the right locations and keep the warehouse organised

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers or software daily

Plan and coordinate picking, packing, labelling and dispatch of orders

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records

Prepare delivery challans, gate passes and other dispatch documents

Coordinate with the purchase, sales, accounts and transport teams

Supervise warehouse helpers and loaders and allocate daily tasks





Ensure safe handling of goods and follow warehouse safety and housekeeping standards

Share daily and weekly stock and dispatch reports with management

Eligibility and Requirements

Education: Graduation in any stream (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse, inventory or stores management

Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills

Familiarity with inventory or billing software (Tally, ERP or WMS is a plus)

Good understanding of stock control, GRN, dispatch and documentation

Basic Hindi and Punjabi communication; working English is an advantage

Ability to supervise a small team and handle pressure during peak dispatch
