Job Description

We are hiring qualified healthcare professionals for Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) roles in Hyderabad. Candidates must have clinical experience along with hands-on experience in CDI, IPDRG Coding, or DRG Validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review inpatient medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify documentation gaps and support clinical clarification.
- Conduct concurrent and retrospective chart reviews.
- Support accurate DRG/IPDRG assignment and coding integrity.
- Collaborate with physicians to improve documentation quality.
- Perform quality audits and support CDI initiatives.
- Provide training and feedback where applicable.

Required Qualifications

MBBS / MD / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.

Required Experience & Skills





- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in ER, ICU, NICU, general ward, or surgical ward.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CDI, IPDRG Coding, or DRG Validation.
- Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation, DRG methodologies, and clinical coding guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, documentation review, and communication skills.
- Candidates must have clean relieving records from their last two organizations. Candidates with an absconding history will not be considered.

Shift Timings & Benefits

- Initial 6–8 weeks: Night shift starting at 6:00 PM.
- Thereafter: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
- Pick-up and drop transportation with an escort provided.
