Job Overview

We are looking for experienced QA Automation Engineers with strong expertise in manual testing, automation testing, and automation framework development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WebdriverIO or Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO or Playwright.
- Design, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Perform test result analysis, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Mandatory Skills & RequirementsManual Testing

- Strong hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Good understanding of test case design, test planning, and execution.

Automation Testing

- Strong expertise in WebdriverIO or Playwright.




- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Hands-on experience in automation framework development and enhancement.

Programming

- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Strong programming and debugging skills.

CI/CD Integration

- Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.

Agile & Defect Management

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with sprint planning and effort estimation.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools.

Test Execution & Analysis

- Expertise in debugging and test result analysis.
- Robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve testing issues.

Required Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
