Role Overview

Svaika Corporate is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can transform client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing, and practical interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing interior design projects from concept development to final execution while ensuring quality, budget control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, elevations, and working drawings.
- Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, colours, and finishes.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and project quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other professionals.
- Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing interior work.
- Ensure design accuracy, execution quality, and project timelines.
- Manage client presentations, design revisions, and approvals.
- Monitor project budgets and material requirements.




- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure smooth project completion.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
- Understanding of BOQ, costing, and project estimation.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Site supervision and project coordination abilities.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Practical knowledge of interior design and execution processes.

Expected Outcome: Deliver high-quality interior design solutions while maintaining client satisfaction, project profitability, and timely execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
