Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers, clients, and dealers to collect outstanding payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, dealers, and clients for outstanding payment collection.
- Conduct regular field visits for payment follow-ups.
- Collect payments through cash, cheque, or online transfer as per company policy.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and pending payments.
- Maintain daily collection records and customer visit reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments for payment reconciliation.
- Obtain payment commitments from customers and ensure timely collection.
- Handle customer payment-related queries and disputes professionally.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.




- Maintain qualified relationships with customers and business partners.
- Escalate overdue and difficult collection cases to management.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field collection, payment recovery, or sales collection.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and payment documentation.
- Ability to handle customer visits and payment follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

Additional Requirements

Salary

As per company norms and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
