Job Description

I&D; Hospital Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and highly mobile Business Development Executive to expand its hospital services business across Bihar.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals across different cities and districts of Bihar, developing strong relationships with hospital management, exploring business opportunities and generating new clients for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions across Bihar.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and meet hospital owners, directors, administrators and key decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote I&D; Hospital Solution's services, including hospital empanelment, insurance and TPA tie-ups, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, NABH accreditation assistance, cashless desk management, hospital marketing and other healthcare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on business leads, arrange meetings, negotiate commercial terms and drive business closures.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Coordinate with the company's internal team for proposals, documentation, client onboarding and service delivery.
- Regularly report field activities, client meetings, follow-ups and business development progress.

Candidate Requirements:





- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in hospital sales, healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales, medical equipment sales or healthcare services will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on targets and closures.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Bihar, including Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Purnia, Siwan, Chapra and other districts.
- Must be comfortable with frequent intercity travel and field visits.

IMPORTANT – MOBILITY IS MANDATORY

This is a statewide field-based position, not a city-specific or desk job. The candidate must be willing to travel and work across the entire state of Bihar as per business requirements.

Candidates who are comfortable working only in one city or district should not apply.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Role: Field Sales & Business Development.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently explore recent markets, build hospital relationships, generate business and take ownership of business development across Bihar.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
