Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our growing industrial construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site execution, managing labor, and ensuring that our Industrial Warehouses and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Shed projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to engineering drawings. If you hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have practical site experience in the industrial or PEB sector, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise daily on-site civil construction activities for industrial warehouses and PEB structures from foundation to handover.
- Drawing & Plan Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret structural, civil, fabrication, and alignment drawings provided by senior architects/engineers.
- Quality & Safety Control: Monitor material quality, check levels, line-outs, shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete pouring to match strict industry standards.
- PEB Assembly Supervision: Assist in overseeing the alignment, bolting, and erection of PEB structural steel components and roofing sheets.
- Labor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, bar-benders, masons, and structural fabrication labor teams to maintain momentum.




- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily progress logs (DPRs), track raw material inventories on site, and report any challenges or variances to the Senior Project Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: Exactly 2+ years of proven site execution experience specifically in industrial construction, warehouse setups, or PEB structures.
- Skills:
- Solid ability to read structural and architectural fabrication layouts.
- Familiarity with standard surveying instruments (Auto-Level, Total Station basic checks).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and WhatsApp for daily reporting).
- Attributes: High stamina for site environments, excellent team communication skills, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
