Job Description:

As a Billing Executive at PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., we are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our dynamic Account team. The ideal candidate will assume a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of daily sales and purchase transactions, efficient document filing, and effective coordination within internal departments. Success in this role requires proficiency in MIS reporting and hands-on experience with Tally software.

Job Responsibility:

Day-to-Day Sales and Purchase:

- Generate and process sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

- Verify and reconcile sales and purchase transactions to ensure accuracy

MIS & Documents:

- Establish and maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents.

- Ensure all invoices, receipts, and relevant financial documents are filed appropriately for easy retrieval.

- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to support decision-making processes.

Internal Department Coordination:





- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes.

- Communicate effectively with team members to address queries and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role.

- Proficiency in Tally software is a must.

- Strong understanding of day-to-day sales and purchase processes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
