- Monitor production output against hourly, daily, and monthly targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of SMT, DIP, THT, assembly, and testing lines.
- Coordinate with planning and material departments to ensure material availability.
- Minimize production downtime and improve line efficiency.
- Monitor and improve:
- OEE
- UPH
- Line efficiency
- FPY
- Scrap and rejection
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Poka-Yoke.
- Reduce cycle time and manufacturing costs.
- knowledge of SMT, DIP, THT, and PCB assembly.
- Knowledge of SMT machines and production processes.
- Understanding of AOI, SPI, ICT, and functional testing.
- Knowledge of soldering and rework processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 standard.
- Good knowledge of Excel and production MIS.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
