We are seeking a hands-on skilled with strong experience in Reltio MDM data modeling, core configuration, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), and inbound/outbound integrations. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions and independently support design, development, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

Key Expectations

- Design and configure Reltio data models, including entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, nested attributes, crosswalks, source mappings, lookups, and reference data.
- Experience with Erwin Data Modeler and preparation of source-to-target mappings (STTM), technical designs, impact assessments, and data-model documentation.
- Strong understanding of Reltio core configuration, including L3/L4 configuration, UI configuration, validation, lifecycle actions, data governance, and data lineage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of match, merge, and survivorship concepts, including exact, fuzzy, and composite matching, source ranking, golden-record creation, rematch, and configuration impact.
- Develop and support Reltio inbound and outbound integrations using RIH, recipes, REST APIs, JSON payloads, and batch/API-driven integration patterns.
- Practical experience with RIH transformations such as parsing, filtering, looping, conversion, error handling, monitoring,



and troubleshooting.
- Strong capability in data loading and migration, including initial, incremental, and bulk loads, reconciliation, validation, crosswalk management, and failed/rejected record handling.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, SQL, API troubleshooting, payload validation, and integration defect resolution.
- Ability to articulate coding or scripting exposure in Java/Python and related cloud or event-driven services, where applicable.
- Understanding of data quality controls, cleansing, duplicate management, stewardship workflows, DCRs, access/security, and governance practices.
- Experience supporting the complete SDLC: peer review, Git-based configuration management, QA, SIT, UAT, regression testing, Pre-Production, Production deployment, rollback, RCA, and production support.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, user stories, Definition of Done, defect management, and changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and issues to clients and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

Ø Strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM and Reltio data modeling.

Ø Experience with Reltio Integration Hub and inbound/outbound integrations.

Ø Knowledge of entities, relationships, attributes, crosswalks, match/merge, survivorship, and reference data.

Ø Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Postman, SQL, STTM, and data reconciliation.

Ø Strong analytical, debugging, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ø Reltio technical or implementation certification.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
