Grizzly Charitable Trust is looking for an experienced and skilled Architect & Interior Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts and prepare 2D/3D layouts and detailed working drawings.
- Plan space utilisation, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and lighting.
- Prepare plumbing, electrical, and lighting layout plans in coordination with technical teams.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to supervise execution and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion as per approved designs and budget.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design, space planning, and site execution.
- Ability to prepare technical drawings and coordinate with project teams.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
