Job Summary:

A detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to support reporting, data quality, business intelligence and analytics for complex business programs. The role involves consolidating and validating information from multiple sources,



developing automated reports and interactive dashboards, and translating data into transparent, actionable insights for program and business stakeholders.

- 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development or business intelligence.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, extraction and data manipulation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas and data validation.
- Hands-on Power BI experience with dashboard development, data modeling, KPI reporting and visualization.
- Experience in data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, validation and issue investigation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration and ability to meet deadlines
