Job Overview

We are looking for talented Japanese and Korean language specialists to join our International Collections Process. Candidates should have strong communication skills in Japanese or Korean and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Language Requirements

- Japanese: JLPT N3 / N2 certified candidates
- Korean: TOPIK Level 3–5 certified candidates

Salary Details

- Freshers: Up to ₹40,000 per month
- Experienced: Up to ₹53,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in Japanese or Korean regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and collections.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 / N2.
- Korean language proficiency: TOPIK 3–5.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in the respective language.
- Willingness to work in an international collections process.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
