Sangria by cconceptt is a new-age premium *Rooftop Restaurant* in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, offering a curated fine-dine experience with stunning city views. We are looking for a passionate and creative Executive Chef with a robust Continental background to lead our kitchen and build our brand identity.

*Position Overview:*

We are hiring an Executive Chef who will be the culinary head of our Rooftop Restaurant. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Continental cuisine and capable of managing end-to-end kitchen operations, from menu creation to team management and cost control.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Culinary Leadership:*

- Lead the entire kitchen brigade for our rooftop fine-dine operations

- Design and curate an innovative, profitable menu focused on Continental, Italian, and Modern European cuisines

- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size

- Personally supervise service during peak hours (evening / dinner service is key for rooftop)

*2. Operations & Team Management:*

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage team of Sous Chefs, CDPs, Commis Chefs

- Create shift rosters, assign duties, and conduct regular kitchen briefings

- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service (F&B;) team





*3. Cost, Quality & Hygiene:*

- Full responsibility for food cost, inventory management, vendor finalization, and wastage control

- Implement and maintain SOPs, recipes, HACCP, and FSSAI hygiene standards

- Conduct regular audits for kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and equipment maintenance

- Maintain Gross Profit and P&L; targets for the kitchen

*4. Guest Experience & Innovation:*

- Create seasonal menus, chef specials, and festival menus suitable for a rooftop setting

- Handle guest feedback and ensure highest level of guest satisfaction

- Stay updated with global food trends and implement them

*Candidate Requirements:*

- Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience as Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef / Senior Sous Chef - Continental

- Mandatory expertise in *Continental, Italian, European, and Mediterranean Cuisine*

- Experience in a Rooftop Restaurant / Fine-Dine / 5-Star Hotel / Premium Standalone Restaurant is highly preferred

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts

- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills

- Expert knowledge of food costing, procurement, and kitchen management systems

- Willing to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh for an on-site ro
