About Dhishakthi Foundation

Dhishakthi Foundation aims to empower individuals by providing access to IT education and skill development opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counsellors who can guide students towards the right learning opportunities and career paths.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, social media and other communication channels.

- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests and career aspirations.

- Explain IT courses, training programs, course benefits and available learning opportunities.

- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.

- Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.

- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into successful registrations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

- Maintain daily call records,



student databases and follow-up reports.

- Consistently work towards achieving monthly enrolment and conversion targets.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

- MBA / PGDM candidates are preferred.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Counselling, Student Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admissions or Inside Sales.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong English communication and convincing abilities.

- Good understanding of student counselling and lead conversion processes.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

- Ability to handle targets, follow-ups and multiple student enquiries.
