Heres what you'll do:

* Handle incoming customer calls—answering questions and providing product recommendations
* Reach out to customers with abandoned carts to help them complete their purchase
* Handle RTO (Return To Origin) calls—keeping customers informed and turning frustrations into wins
* Support customers on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp
* Solve problems creatively and work with a fun, driven team

What were looking for:





* Strong English amp; Hindi communication (written & verbal)
* Confident handling high-volume incoming calls with empathy
* Proactive mindset—you can explain abandoned carts and RTOs helpfully, not pushily

* Fast-paced problem-solver who multitasks well
* Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, phone systems, Outlook, and desktop tools *Personal interest in beauty/skincare
* Bachelors degree + 1+ year customer service or call center experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
