- Assist in managing daily branch/store operations with a focus on gold product transactions (sales, purchases, loans).
- Ensure accurate valuation, purity testing, and secure handling of gold items.
- Support the branch in achieving sales targets and revenue goals through gold-related services.
- Guide and supervise frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service and follow compliance protocols.
- Manage inventory of gold ornaments and other precious items, ensuring proper documentation and security.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., KYC norms, RBI compliance for gold loans).
- Help resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and timely escalation when needed.
- Conduct periodic audits and stock checks to maintain operational transparency.
- Train and develop junior staff on gold handling, customer interaction, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounts, audit, operations) to streamline gold product offerings.
